Visitor Guidelines
●This exhibition operates on a time-slot admission system, and a ticket is required for entry.
●Due to congestion, you may experience long waiting times before admission.
●Details about admission tickets with exclusive merchandise and special gifts will be announced on January 15 (Wed).
●Special gifts will not be provided to those without a valid ticket, including preschool children or their guardian.
●For admission with "Middle/High School Student" or "Elementary School Student" tickets, you may be asked to present a student ID, school ID, or health insurance card. Please bring the necessary documents to the venue.
●Preschool children cannot enter alone. An adult guardian (aged 18 or older) must accompany preschool children for entry.
●The official shop cannot be accessed independently; it is located at the end of the venue. Visitors cannot enter the official shop before viewing the exhibits, nor can they return to the exhibit area after visiting the shop.
●For the safety and comfort of all visitors, early arrivals, including overnight or early morning queueing, are strictly prohibited. The organizer takes no responsibility for accidents or troubles arising from such behavior.
●Visitors using wheelchairs or with physical disabilities may be prioritized for entry at staff discretion.
●Please arrive at your designated assembly time. If you arrive late, you may be denied entry without a ticket refund. Additionally, arriving earlier than your designated time will not grant you an early entry.
●If delays are caused by public transportation or other unavoidable circumstances, staff will provide instructions on how to proceed.
●Large luggage such as suitcases, carts, or carry-on bags cannot be brought into the venue. Please use nearby coin lockers.
●Items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the organizer, including fire hazards, strong odors, live flowers, and other items, are prohibited.
●Pets are not allowed (guide dogs, hearing dogs, and assistance dogs are permitted - please contact the staff for assistance).
●Bags and personal belongings may be checked upon entry.
●There is no parking at the venue. Please use nearby parking facilities or public transportation.
●Any exchanges, sales, or trading related to this exhibition are strictly prohibited within the venue and surrounding areas. The organizer assumes no responsibility for troubles arising from such actions.

Viewing Guidelines

●Please respect the designated boundary areas marked on the floor while viewing the exhibits. Stepping into the restricted areas or reaching over them to touch or get close to frames or exhibits with your hands or fingers is strictly prohibited.
●Re-entry is not permitted to either the "Exhibition Area" or the "Official Shop" once you have exited.
●Photography with mobile devices (e.g., smartphones or tablets) is permitted for most exhibits, except for flash photography, tripods, selfie sticks, video recording, and audio recording, which are prohibited. DSLR and compact cameras are also not allowed.
-During busy periods, photography may be prohibited to protect the exhibits and ensure safety.
-If other visitors appear in your photos, please handle the images responsibly.
-Photos are for personal use only.

Note: Membership registration with ePlus (free of charge) is required for purchases made through the ePlus website or app.

●Reservations made through the ePlus website or app must be paid for within the specified period. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete your payment within the designated time frame.
●Tickets purchased via the ePlus website must be printed at FamilyMart. Please check the ticket issuance guide for instructions.
●Tickets must be issued before your visit. Tickets specify an assembly time, and you are required to arrive accordingly. Assembly times cannot be selected.
●If you cannot purchase tickets online, tickets can also be purchased at FamilyMart multi-copy machines. Payment and ticket issuance must be completed at the store.
●Tickets will become invalid if the stub is detached before entry.
●General sales may not take place depending on the availability of tickets after advance lottery sales (First and Second Rounds).
●General sales are on a first-come, first-served basis and will end once tickets are sold out.
●Each ePlus account can apply for a maximum of three time slots per day (day + time) during advance lottery sales, with up to two tickets per time slot.
●During general sales, you can apply for up to five tickets per transaction.
●Please purchase tickets matching your category (e.g., age or student status). Incorrect tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for the correct category.
●Preschool children can enter for free with one adult guardian (aged 18 or older) holding a valid ticket. Special gifts are not provided to preschool children without tickets.
●Visitors with disability certificates can bring one caregiver free of charge with a valid ticket. Present your disability certificate at entry. Special gifts are not provided to guardians without tickets.

●All tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be reissued under any circumstances after purchase.
